We take safety very seriously at Stumpectomy. Prior to grinding, we remove visible rocks and plants from the location and we always make sure to have all of the proper safety measures in place. If necessary, Stumpectomy also coordinates with Digsafe prior to the job to ensure safety guidelines are followed.
We place barriers around the work area to catch any potential debris. Customers will also be asked about any underground obstructions that may pose as an issue during work, this can include but is not limited too: electrical Utilities/gas pipes/sprinkler lines. Although we do have the experience and knowledge to "eye-ball" it, we believe that a complete and thorough preliminary examination of the job site is the safest process to follow.
